Showroom Officer

• Welcome customers and introduce products, promotions, and company services
• Provide consultation and present products to help customers select appropriate products, and close sales
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related documents
• Follow up on order status and coordinate with the warehouse, delivery, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Manage and provide customer service via storefront, telephone, LINE OA, email, and online channels, while resolving problems and creating customer satisfaction
• Maintain showroom orderliness, product displays, price tags, and promotional media in accordance with company standards
• Support sales promotion activities, events, and company marketing activities

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom management Experience in electrical appliances, kitchenware, furniture, home decor, or premium lifestyle products will be given special consideration Good personality, service-minded, with skills in communication, presentation, and coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office Good command of English Able to work according to department store hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
