ACCOUNTANT (m/f)

What will be your responsibility

• Complete management of double-entry bookkeeping for the company and other operational centers
• Responsibility for the accounting agenda from A–Z
• Processing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of documents for audit and communication with auditors
• VAT agenda, control statements, road tax, and other tax obligations
• Communication with the tax office and other institutions
• Financial reporting for the company management
• Cost and revenue analyses, controlling, and support for management in decision-making
• Budget creation and monitoring of economic results
• Inventory management and control
• Control of the correctness of accounting processes and internal links
• Cross-company cooperation.

What knowledge and experience we expect

• Min. secondary/higher education in an economic field
• Provable experience of at least 5 years in an independent / chief accountant position
• Excellent knowledge of Czech accounting and tax legislation
• Practical experience with accounting for a company in the field of services, technology, service, or technical equipment
• Experience with audits, financial statements, and financial reporting
• Overlap into controlling and economic management of the company
• Very good knowledge of VAT issues
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with accounting and economic systems
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Independence, high responsibility, and a systematic approach
• Ability to prioritize and organizational skills
• Professional and discreet conduct.
