Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer

• Present the company's products and solutions to customers, while providing consultation and technical support for various projects
• Conduct Site Surveys, collect and analyze data, including analyzing energy-saving approaches based on customer requirements
• Prepare solutions and Technical Proposals, including documents for customer presentations
• Present and provide technical information to customers, while coordinating with the sales team and related teams
• Responsible for and support the project bidding / tendering process
• Follow up on customer feedback and requirements to use the information to improve and develop more suitable solutions

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 25-35 years and above Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Environmental and Energy Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, or related fields At least 3 years of work experience in HVAC products or systems Experience in Energy Saving Retrofit, Commissioning, Energy Simulation, or M&E systems will be given special consideration Experience in IT and Big Data Analytics will be given special consideration Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; enthusiastic and proactive professional Fast learner, responsible, and able to work well with others Able to travel for short-term assignments upcountry or abroad Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) fluently Able to learn the company's products and solutions quickly
