Overseas FDE (Field Delivery Engineer) WFH

Responsibilities

🔹 Install and Deploy Medical Information System to overseas customers 🔹 Perform Data Migration, System Configuration, and System Integration 🔹 Prepare implementation plans and control work to comply with the Project Schedule 🔹 Perform System Testing such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT 🔹 Support Go-Live and maintain the system after deployment 🔹 Provide usage training and system maintenance for Doctors, Nurses, Administrative Staff, and System Administrators 🔹 Prepare Technical Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials in both Chinese and English 🔹 Act as the Technical Contact for customers and provide system consultation 🔹 Analyze and resolve issues related to Application, Database, Network, and Operating System

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or a related field ✅ Age 25-35, Thai nationality Knowledge and experience in Linux / Windows Server Able to install, configure, and maintain Server systems / Knowledge of Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server, including SQL Query, Backup, and Recovery Basic understanding of Network such as TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall; knowledge of Docker / Containerized Deployment will be specially considered At least 2 years of experience in Medical Informatization, Software Implementation, Operation & Maintenance, or Technical Support Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) and able to use it as the primary language for work Able to solve immediate problems effectively and work under pressure Possess cross-cultural communication skills and a Service Mind
