Plant Manager - Sanarate

Your tasks
The Production Manager will be responsible for leading the integral operation of the Sanarate plant, ensuring optimal levels of productivity, quality, safety, and costs. They will play a key role in operational transformation and the implementation of world-class industrial best practices.
- Lead the production operation ensuring compliance with KPIs (OEE, costs, efficiency, scrap, etc.).
- Ensure industrial safety standards (HSE) and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and strengthen continuous improvement systems (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality).
- Optimize production processes and installed capacities.
- Ensure compliance with production plans and service levels.
- Participate in investment, expansion, or plant improvement plans.
- Develop internal talent and strengthen a high-performance culture.
- Work in coordination with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
Success Indicators (KPIs)
- Plant efficiency (OEE).
- Production costs vs. budget.
- Production plan compliance.
- Quality and rework indices.
- Accident rates (HSE).
- Turnover and development of key personnel.
Requirements
- Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related. MBA or postgraduate degree (desirable).
- + of 5 years in industrial operations.
- Experience leading manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Availability to work at Sanarate Plant from Monday to Friday and Saturdays half day.
