Human Resources Manager / HR Manager (M/F)
You will join the company with a dual responsibility: guaranteeing the quality and reliability of HR fundamentals while progressively evolving the function toward a more structuring role. As the company's HR referent, you will have a wide scope of intervention and a real capacity for proposal to define priorities and build, alongside Management, an HR policy adapted to business challenges.
Your first mission will be to understand the organization, its culture, its professions, and the expectations of management and employees in order to identify the areas where the HR function can provide more value. You will then be able to propose and lead the evolutions that you deem relevant: professionalization of managerial practices, skills development, recruitment and integration, HR tools, or even the harmonization of practices.
This construction dimension constitutes one of the major interests of the position. You are not joining an organization where all processes are already written and all systems deployed. On the contrary, it will be up to you to prioritize, propose, and progressively implement solutions adapted to the reality of a human-sized industrial company.
However, this ambition does not distance you from the field. You remain a close interlocutor for managers, whom you advise on their HR, managerial, and social issues. You secure individual situations, support recruitments and professional evolutions in a growing organization, and ensure the proper application of HR practices.
You are also the guarantor of the quality of ADP and payroll management, with the support of a small team. Your knowledge of social law allows you to guarantee the compliance of the company's practices and to lead, alongside Management, a constructive social dialogue.
Finally, in a highly internationalized Group, you will regularly exchange with interlocutors based in other countries and contribute to developing more transversality and coherence between entities. This dimension gives the position a true international and intercultural openness.
You have built your experience in generalist HR functions and today wish to take responsibility for a scope large enough to fully express your expertise and ideas. Experience in an industrial environment will be a real asset because it will have taught you to work in contact with operational teams, to understand various professions and constraints, and to prioritize simple, concrete, and applicable solutions.
Furthermore, if your career path has necessarily given you solid fundamentals in social relations and personnel administration, you have also developed a real appetite for recruitment, skills development, supporting managers, and transformation projects.
Beyond your "professional mastery," we are primarily looking for a personality capable of finding the right balance between an operational role and taking a step back. You know how to move projects forward without necessarily having already formalized processes. You are capable of challenging when necessary, but also of engaging your interlocutors and building your legitimacy through the quality of your analyses and the relevance of your solutions. Pragmatic and autonomous, you like to do, but you also like to think about what could be done differently and better tomorrow.
Finally, your English is fluent enough to work regularly with international interlocutors, both orally and in writing. Curious about other cultures and comfortable in international environments, you will know how to create relationships of trust with the different entities of the Group.
This position may particularly interest an experienced HR Manager who wishes to take a step forward today: moving from a role mainly centered on the "management" of HR topics to a responsibility where they can truly contribute to building the HR function of tomorrow.
