Corporate M&A Lawyer (M/F)
You will join a human-sized, structured team in full development mode, promoting proximity, quality of work, and increasing responsibility. You will work on M&A and Corporate transactions of national and international dimension.
You will support a varied clientele composed of international groups, ETI, and high-growth SMEs from diverse sectors.
Your missions
You will intervene in acquisition and disposal operations, supporting clients throughout the entire transactional process, from the upstream phases of reflection and structuring to post-operational implementation, in national and international contexts. You will also contribute to merger operations, restructurings, and legal monitoring, both within the framework of strategic projects and in the day-to-day management of clients.

You will work on these matters in close liaison with the other teams of the firm. On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with other lawyers and partners, in a collective and structured manner. You will be in direct contact with clients and involved very early on in files, while evolving within an accompanied and collaborative framework.
Holding the CAPA and a Master 2 in business law / corporate law (or DJCE), you have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm on M&A and/or corporate law topics.
You possess a good level of professional English, a developed sense of client service and responsibility, as well as a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your proactivity, resourcefulness, reliability, your ability to manage several files in parallel, and your desire to invest yourself fully in teamwork.
