Assistant Manager in Hospitality (M/F)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our 34-room 4-star boutique-hotel, located in Asnières-sur-Seine.

A human-scale establishment catering to a primarily business and leisure clientele, our hotel is looking for an autonomous, versatile person who is highly service-quality oriented, capable of supporting the teams while actively participating in daily operations.

Your missions

Under the responsibility of the multisite Director, you will participate in the smooth running of the establishment and will notably be in charge of:

• Supervising and supporting the reception team and the various hotel departments
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Participating in daily organization and operational monitoring
• Controlling the quality of rooms and common areas
• Managing special requests and potential customer complaints
• Ensuring the follow-up of reservations, debtors, invoicing, and collections
• Participating in the administrative follow-up of the establishment
• Coordinating various service providers and technical interventions
• Ensuring the proper transmission of information between the teams and Management
• Being proactive in proposing improvements to the customer experience and hotel organization

The position remains operational and also includes shifts at reception, allowing for a field presence and proximity to both customers and teams.

Profile sought

You have a successful first experience in hospitality, ideally in a 4-star establishment, boutique-hotel, or high-end hotel.

Above all, we are looking for a reliable, organized, reactive, and autonomous person, with a true sense of welcome and service.

A good command of English is necessary. Knowledge of a hotel PMS is desired.
