We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business within the fashion retail industry.

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the online store, with a strong focus on increasing sales, improving conversion rates, optimizing the customer journey, and achieving monthly and annual e-commerce targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the e-commerce website.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.

•⁠ ⁠Set, monitor, and achieve monthly e-commerce sales targets and KPIs.

•⁠ ⁠Manage Shopify operations, including product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, discount codes, and website merchandising.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure product information, images, prices, inventory, and availability are accurate and regularly updated.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, sales performance, conversion rates, best-selling products, and underperforming categories.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and sales events.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Media Buying teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales targets and business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor marketing performance from an e-commerce perspective, including ROAS, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue generated.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, customer service, and retail teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to reduce cart abandonment and improve the overall online shopping journey.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, promotions, and developments within the fashion e-commerce market.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and develop the e-commerce team, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of the overall growth, performance, and profitability of the e-commerce channel.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠3–5+ years of proven experience in E-commerce, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in Fashion, Apparel, Retail, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and managing e-commerce websites.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of growing online sales and achieving e-commerce revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics, including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cart Abandonment Rate, and Customer Retention.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Meta Ads, digital marketing, and performance marketing. Hands-on media buying experience is a plus but not required.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in online merchandising, product management, pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website performance and turn insights into actionable plans.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce reporting tools.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer experience.

•⁠ ⁠Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and business performance.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
