As a data entry clerk within the Les Etincelles Collection reservation center, you will be responsible for entering and updating information related to customer reservations.

Your tasks will include:

• Verifying reservations (customer data, billing, stay dates/reserved categories)
• Entering indirect reservations into the hotel PMS
• Managing modifications and cancellations of indirect reservations in the hotel PMS
• Billing indirect reservations
• Transmitting lists of customers to be contacted to reservation agents to ensure quality service
• Communicating with the various departments of Les Etincelles Collection to transmit relevant data for the proper management of verified reservations

Your profile:

• You pay particular attention to detail
• You are proficient with IT tools
• You have a command of written English
• Knowledge of the hotel industry is desirable

Conditions: 6-month seasonal CDD, starting September 2026 39H/week HCR collective agreement Position based in Rotherens (73110), near Valgelon-La Rochette (30 min from Chambéry, 30 min from Albertville) 1 to 2 days of teleworking per week
