Engineering Lead for Flight Structures Required

What does the role include?

• Management of the engineering development plan (GANTT), meeting complex technical requirements, and synchronization between all engineering disciplines
• Professional responsibility for the design of flight structures and the enhancement of existing platforms
• Preparation and management of engineering reviews (PDR/CDR), writing technical specifications, and development plans
• Matrix management and interfaces (IPT): leading a team of engineers and support bodies, supervising subcontractors and external consultants
• Leading projects to full compliance with quality goals, schedules (לו"ז), and budget in coordination with program managers and end customers.
• Engineering education in the field of Aeronautics / Mechanical
• Proven experience in technical leadership / engineering management of projects in the aviation field
• Experience in leading teams in a matrix environment (IPT) and working with subcontractors
• Deep familiarity with design processes, development, and engineering reviews (PDR/CDR)
• High level of English (writing and speaking) and excellent ability to work with international customers
• Systems thinking, leadership ability, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
