Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) wanted (Industrial Clerk)

For an innovative company in the field of special machine construction, we are looking for a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) with the option of permanent employment for our client.

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of national and international shipments
• Requesting, creating, and processing all required export and shipping documents
• Creation of transport documents for national and international deliveries
• Creation of invoices for spare parts deliveries, taking into account country-specific requirements
• Examination and control of freight invoices
• Monitoring and administration of supplier declarations and export proofs
• Cooperation with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal specialist departments
• Ensuring timely and smooth shipping processing

What you bring to the role:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a Speditionskauffrau/-mann or Industriekauffrau/-mann
• Professional experience in the processing of national & international shipments
• Experience in machine and plant engineering is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SAP (Materialwirtschaft), MS Office, and ATLAS registration
• Recording of Intrastat reports
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Flexibility
