Service Crew

Your tasks

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and attend to guests’ requests.
• Assist with table preparation, clearing and general housekeeping.
• Support front-of-house operations, including cashiering or bar service when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work the stated shift, including weekends and public holidays as required.

*Role: Service Crew Location: CBD area (Near to MRT) Working Hours:** Fixed shift, depending on operational requirements: 1) AM shift: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, including 1-hour break 2) PM shift: 5:00 pm to 3:00 am, including 1-hour break
