Import Export Assistant - Full Shift

PCC Airfoils is an international company, dedicated to the manufacturing of components for Aircraft Engines and Power Generators.

Due to growth, we are requesting: 'Import/export Assistant' in Mérida.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or International Business.
• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years working in a maquiladora in the import/export area.
• Intermediate English, spoken and written. (Indispensable, a conversation in English will be held during the interview)
• Proficiency in Excel for the creation of reports.
• Proficiency in the VUCEM platform.
• Knowledge of filling out the manifestación de valor (desirable).
• Knowledge of Anexo 24 and Anexo 30 systems (desirable).

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Filling out the necessary forms to carry out the import/export process.
• Performing the physical filing of the import/export process documentation.
• Participating in the activities required for the month-end close.
• Registration of invoices in the system.
• Follow-up on customs operations.
