Project Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction. Prepare and review architectural drawings, designs, specifications, and documentation. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and specifications. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and deliverables. Review construction work and provide architectural guidance where required. Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants. Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project reviews. Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and professional standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience working in an architectural firm. B.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture. Professional registration/certification will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of architectural design and project documentation. Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, etc. Good understanding of construction processes and building regulations. Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
