Tenders Manager for the Metro Project

Responsibility for high-budget tender processes for civil engineering works / systems for the Metro project

• Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area • Bachelor's degree – Mandatory • Law degree and/or Economics and/or Business Administration degree – Advantage • At least 5 years of cumulative professional experience in the field of tender preparation during the last 10 years – Mandatory • Experience in supporting or conducting tenders in the infrastructure field – Mandatory • At least 3 years of experience in supporting or conducting complex international tenders – Mandatory • High level of English – Mandatory • Experience in supporting or conducting tenders in the field of rolling stock/Metro/heavy rail – Advantage • Experience working with or in government companies and/or local authorities and/or statutory corporations – Advantage • Experience working in an entity subject to the Tenders Law – Advantage • Broad systemic vision • Initiative and responsibility • Negotiation skills • Ability to manage external parties
