Quality Manager Pyrotechnic Workshop Defense (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for its client, an industrial SME in the Defense sector, for a Quality Manager Pyrotechnic Workshop Defense in Bourges on a CDI contract.

Under the responsibility of the operations director, the Workshop Quality Manager defines, implements, and guarantees the quality performance of the Pyrotechnic workshop. You will ensure team management, in compliance with quality management processes, current regulations, and requirements regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.

Your missions:

Deploy the quality policy and drive the quality culture within your scope Manage and support the quality managers within your scope Participate in internal and external audits (clients, certifications, authorities, etc.) Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality Support teams in adopting a continuous improvement culture and ensure the daily application of best practices, tools, and methodologies Analyze indicators, drive corrective action plans, verify process application, and report issues Update the quality performance indicators for your scope Represent the quality department in various bodies and meetings within your area of activity

Your profile Master's degree (BAC+5) in Mechanics, option quality You are an organized and rigorous person You are proactive in making proposals You enjoy teamwork and are a manager recognized by your collaborators and hierarchical superiors You enjoy communicating and are recognized for your interpersonal skills both internally and externally You are an expert in 8D Methodologies, QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) Mastery of managerial tools Risk management Knowledge of EN9100 and pyrotechnics Practice of quality auditing Professional English Eligible for security clearance to work in the Defense sector
