Simulator Maintenance Leader (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for a Simulator Maintenance Leader M/F for its client, a Defense Industrialist located in Bruz (35), as part of a permanent hire following a 6-month mission.

Reporting to the support and maintenance teams, you will be responsible for the operational availability of the simulation systems deployed to users.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Manage technical support and simulator maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance teams intervening in the factory and at client sites.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Ensure the technical interface with users and development teams when necessary.
• Analyze technical incidents, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor their resolution.
• Write activity reports, intervention reports, and monitoring indicators.
• Participate in the management of obsolescence for installed equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with budgets allocated to support activities.
• Contribute to responses to calls for tender by providing your technical expertise and budget estimates.
• Occasionally perform on-site interventions in France or internationally.

Profile Description:

With higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in computer science, electronics, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent technical field, you have significant experience in support, maintenance, or the integration of complex technical systems.

Ideally, you possess:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in an environment combining computer science, electronics, and maintenance.
• Initial experience in coordination or management of technical teams.
• Good mastery of office tools and CMMS software.
• A good level of English, both written and spoken (travel abroad is to be expected).
• The ability to operate in a multicultural and international environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.

Knowledge in the aeronautics, defense, or simulation fields would be particularly appreciated.
