Aerospace Quality Engineer (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer, based in Chabris (36), for its industrial client specializing in the development and manufacture of electro-mechanisms for the Aerospace, Armament, and Space markets.

MISSIONS :

You will drive the company's quality policy within its site perimeter.

You will supervise the design, production, and updating of quality procedures as well as compliance with associated procedures.

• Be responsible for compliance with procedures and ensure the maintenance of certifications (EN9100, PART145, PART21)
• Monitor the quality aspects of product evolutions (DEV, FEE,...)
• Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (8D, action plans)
• Conduct internal and supplier audits
• Represent the company during audits or quality expertise with clients
• Act as deputy for the Quality Director in case of prolonged absence
• Monitor the validity of control and measurement equipment (Metrology Process Pilot)
• Organize and guarantee the processing of customer complaints, internal non-conformities and deviations, and associated action plans
• Customer Quality monitoring for certain major accounts (complaints, 8D, evolution sheets, etc.)

PROFILE :

You hold an Engineering degree (Master's level) in electromechanics

• Experience within a structure combining Research & Development and production activities, in mechanical and/or electronic fields.
• You master quality management concepts, tools, and methods (8D, AMDEC, FAI, PPAP, Audit, ...)
• You master the EN9100, PART21G, PART145 standards and regulations
• You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a team, pedagogy, diplomacy, and good listening skills
• Professional English required (reading, writing, speaking)
• You comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
