Aero / Defense Product Engineer (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for an Aeronautical and Defense Product Engineer (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) on behalf of its client, an SME specializing in deployable personnel and equipment recovery hoist systems for helicopter environments, based in Paris - 8th.

You will join a human-sized organization operating in a demanding technical environment with a strong international dimension, working with stakeholders in the aeronautics and defense sectors across about fifteen countries.

You will work on technical structuring and upgrading activities to ensure the reliability of existing products and guarantee their regulatory and normative compliance, as well as on the development of new products.

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Create and update mechanical drawings and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Structure, harmonize, and ensure the reliability of technical and industrial files
• Ensure configuration management and documentary traceability
• Technically upgrade existing products to guarantee compliance with new standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in technical evolutions and the continuous improvement of equipment
• Develop new products and new technical solutions in connection with operational field needs
• Participate in the design, prototyping, and industrialization phases
• Exchange with international partners, subcontractors, and customers
• Act as a technical interface with users and the helicopter environment

Profile Description: You are a graduate of an engineering school with a specialization in mechanics, product design, or aeronautics.

Expected Skills:

• Mastery of SolidWorks
• Good mastery of technical drawing and definition files
• Knowledge of product development and technical improvement
• Professional English is imperative (regular international exchanges)
