Hydraulic Testing Engineer (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for a Hydraulic Testing Engineer for an approximately 2-year mission for its client, a recognized player in mechanical testing, material qualification, and technical support for industrial companies.

Missions:

In order to strengthen its teams, you will work on R&D projects involving hydraulic components and systems, in various environments: aeronautics, agricultural machinery, energy, and industrial hydraulics. Your missions are as follows:

• Analyze client needs and specifications and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Design and dimension hydraulic systems and test benches.
• Define testing means, instrumentation, and validation protocols.
• Manage the implementation, acceptance, and fine-tuning of the benches.
• Prepare and conduct testing campaigns on components and systems: pumps, motors, valves, sensors...
• Process, analyze, and interpret results.
• Write test reports and ensure delivery to clients.
• Manage projects and coordinate various suppliers and service providers.

Profile sought:

With an Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) with a focus on hydraulics, mechanics, mechatronics, or energy, you ideally have 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial hydraulics and/or testing.

You possess solid skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and pressure equipment, as well as in system design and dimensioning.

You are comfortable with test benches, instrumentation, data acquisition, and result analysis.

Knowledge of tools such as LabVIEW, HBM Catman, IPEmotion, Morphée, InNova or NI DIAdem, Solidworks, constitutes a plus. You also have an excellent level of office software proficiency (Microsoft Office).

You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess a good analytical mind. Your ability to manage a project and communicate directly with clients is important.

Professional English required (B1/B2). Electrical certifications, CACES, and/or chemical risk certifications would be appreciated.
