Program Director (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for a Program Director for its client in the Aeronautics and Defense sector, specializing in unmanned aerial systems, based in Melun (77). As the site is expected to be transferred to Biscarrosse (40) by mid-2027, you must be willing to undergo this geographic mobility.

MISSIONS :

Reporting to General Management, you are responsible for the global management of development and industrialization programs for aeronautical systems. You guarantee the success of projects in terms of costs, deadlines, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Manage all development programs for aeronautical platforms and associated systems.
• Define the program strategy and technological roadmaps.
• Ensure the management of budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate technical teams: engineering, R&D, embedded systems, testing, industrialization.
• Guarantee program risk management and the meeting of milestones.
• Ensure the interface with customers, industrial partners, and institutions.
• Contribute to responses to calls for tenders and the commercial development of programs.
• Implement program governance processes and performance indicators.
• Participate in the industrial and technological strategy of the company.

PROFIL :

With an engineering background or equivalent in the aeronautics or complex systems field, you have significant experience (12 to 20 years) in managing industrial programs in aeronautics, space, or defense. You possess:

• strong experience in complex program management
• mastery of aeronautical environments or defense systems
• experience in managing multidisciplinary teams (engineering, R&D, production)
• a solid project / program management culture (PMO, planning, budget)
• experience in customer relations and strategic programs.
• a professional level of English.
