Workshop Team Leader (weekend) (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for a Team Leader M/F for its client specializing in aeronautics located in Châteauroux (36).

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure the proper organization of your team's activity in order to achieve production, quality, safety, and deadline objectives.

Production Management

• Organize and monitor the daily activity of the team.
• Establish and adjust the production schedule based on priorities.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, tools, consumables, etc.).
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety rules.
• Identify production issues, propose solutions, and alert management if necessary.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes and performance.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure activity reporting.
• Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate interventions from support services (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.).

Team Management

• Supervise, support, and lead a production team.
• Organize activities and distribute tasks based on skills and workload.
• Conduct annual and professional interviews.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and the development of employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, internal procedures, and the maintenance of a good social climate.
• Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team.

Versatility

• Depending on the needs of the department, intervene in support of other teams or provide occasional replacement for certain employees in case of absence or increased workload.

Profile Description:

You have 5 years of experience in the aeronautics industry in an identical position. You are rigorous, pedagogical, motivated, and autonomous. Proficiency in Pack Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SAP. English level B1.

Hours: Weekend: Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 / 20:00
