R&D Project Manager in Industry (M/F)

PB Solutions is looking for its client, specialized in the design and manufacture of high-precision technological solutions and based in Beaune-la-Rolande in Loiret (45), for an Electronics Project Manager (M/F) as part of a 4-month renewable mission.

Within the R&D teams, you will be responsible for managing projects with an electronic focus, from the definition of needs to industrialization and product delivery.

In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Manage the different phases of electronic projects: specifications, design, prototyping, validation, and industrialization;
• Define and monitor the schedule, milestones, costs, and risks associated with the projects;
• Coordinate the various technical stakeholders: electronics, embedded software, mechanics, industrialization, methods, quality, and production;
• Participate in technical choices and orientations in collaboration with business experts;
• Monitor the design, development, and validation of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies;
• Manage testing, qualifications, and necessary corrective actions;
• Ensure the follow-up of suppliers and technical partners when necessary;
• Guarantee the proper maintenance of technical documentation and project reporting;
• Identify technical risks and propose associated action plans;
• Act as the interface between technical teams and the various project stakeholders.

Profile description:

With an Engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, embedded electronics, electronic systems, or an equivalent field, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the development of electronic products in an industrial environment.

You are comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams and know how to simultaneously manage the technical, cost, quality, and deadline aspects of a project.

Fluent English is expected in order to operate in an international environment.
