Your missions:

• Ensure the physical and telephone welcome of guests with professionalism and elegance
• Perform check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations, their modifications, as well as special requests
• Inform and advise guests on the establishment's services and the tourist activities of the region
• Ensure the follow-up of guest requests before, during, and after their stay
• Participate in billing and collections
• Use the PMS / hotel software to ensure the follow-up and updating of guest files
• Anticipate guest needs in order to offer them a personalized experience
• Manage specific requests and potential complaints with diplomacy and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with the various departments of the establishment to guarantee the quality of the stay
• Ensure compliance with the establishment's quality and service standards

Profile sought:

• You have a successful first experience in hotel reception, ideally acquired within a high-end or starred establishment.
• You are recognized for your sense of welcome, your relational elegance, your reactivity, and your ability to anticipate guest expectations.
• Organized, autonomous, and endowed with an excellent team spirit, you know how to demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all circumstances.
• Proficiency in English is indispensable; knowledge of another foreign language is a real asset.
