Village Facilitator - 6 months Contractual

Role: Village Facilitator

Project: Paytm Smart Village Abhiyan project by Paytm Foundation

Location: Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh

Project Duration: 6 Months

Village Facilitator – Key Responsibilities

1. Community Mobilisation

• Support in Mobilising farmers, women/SHGs, youth, and other beneficiaries.
• Support beneficiary identification and participation.

1. Field Implementation

• Support in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
• Support awareness camps and digital & financial literacy sessions.
• Provide on-ground handholding and support to beneficiaries.

1. Field Coordination

• Support in Coordination with District Administration, Panchayat, community leaders,

SHGs, and all other relevant authorities and all other stakeholders.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain beneficiary and activity records and collect photographs/other supporting

documents.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; experience in rural/community development preferred.
• Good communication and community mobilisation skills.
• Familiarity with local communities and Government welfare schemes.
• Ability to conduct field activities, maintain records, and collect beneficiary data.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits and engage with villagers.
• Good existing relationship with village, block and district authorities.
