Qualifications/Requirements: WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance At least 2 years of relevant full-cycle accounting experience International client service or shared services experience Solid understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in using MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills Demonstrable hands-on experience in journal entries, account reconciliations, and full-cycle financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and year-end) Knowledge of collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams) Strong organizational and documentation skills High accuracy and attention to detail Dependable and committed to meeting deadlines Exposure to management reporting and basic financial analysis (FP&A experience not required) Curious and proactive in problem-solving
