This is the organization responsible for planning and executing new financial businesses to evolve PayPay from a payment app into a "Financial Super App." With "Web3," "Global (International Alliance)," and "AI/Data Utilization" as its three core pillars, we are strongly promoting product development using cutting-edge technology and partnerships with top players both domestically and internationally. Backed by a user base of over 70 million, we aim to create advanced, smartphone-centric financial experiences on a global scale.

▼Job Description
As a Manager of Business Strategy/Business Development, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Strategic consideration, consultation, and negotiation regarding collaboration and alliances with domestic and international partners
Organization of collaboration terms and contract policies, and driving the consensus-building process
Consideration and promotion of synergy creation through collaboration with various PayPay Group companies
Oversight of Business DD (including business, market, and financial perspectives) for companies under investment consideration
Formulation of PMI policies after investment and driving the execution phase
Overall project progress management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Local collaboration or secondment to investee companies as necessary (future possibility) *This does not assume secondment immediately upon joining.

Required Experience/Skills
Management experience leading a project or team and being responsible for task progress management and decision-making (Includes management of small teams or on a project basis)
Experience in planning and promoting business strategy, business development, or alliance strategy
Experience in consultation, negotiation, and contract promotion with domestic and international partners
Practical experience involved in investment consideration or Business DD
Experience involved in post-investment PMI or business promotion
Experience leading projects and bringing stakeholders together
Business-level English proficiency (Practical experience conducting meetings and negotiations with overseas partners in English) *A target of approximately 800 points on TOEIC is recommended
Desired Experience/Skills
Experience in alliance negotiations with overseas companies
Experience in launching new businesses
General knowledge related to payments

Hybrid Workstyle *You will be required to work from the office in accordance with the rules of your assigned organization and work instructions.
Working Hours
Super Flex system (no core time)
In principle: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes of actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days
Leave (Statutory Leave and Company Benefits)
Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, granted proportionally depending on the month of joining. Available from the date of joining)
Personal Leave (5 days granted every year / 3 or 5 days granted in the first year depending on the month of joining) *This is PayPay's unique special paid leave system, which can be used for the employee/family/pets' illness, injury, accompanying them to hospital visits, etc.
Salary
Annual salary system (includes part of fixed overtime pay)
Determined by company regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
Reviewed once a year
Overtime allowance and late-night work allowance available
*Regarding salary payment, a portion can be received via PayPay account (supports digital salary payment)
