This role
The Merchant operations analyst will be responsible for designing and executing commercial strategies focused on value offer, client performance, and lifecycle. Their main focus will be coordinating these initiatives with core teams such as product, risks, and marketing.
Responsibilities Generate and propose commercial initiatives and campaigns from a client perspective, improving the utilization, retention, and satisfaction of our users.
Create and monitor benchmarks of commercial efforts by the competition, identifying opportunities to compete through efforts at PayJoy.
Support administrative management towards core teams, seeking their collaboration in the generation of commercial efforts and initiatives.
Build and maintain reports and analyses that support commercial decision-making.
Create and monitor benchmarks of product value offers in the competition and similar products.
Design and implement improvement proposals for SLAs, Pricing, and benefits for market segments in Mexico.
Requirements Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience or interest in fintech, mass consumption, or high-volume commercial environments.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize with judgment. Clear and concise communication. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
Advanced English. Previous experience in consulting or business analysis.
0 to 2 years of experience in analysis, operations, consulting, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (completed).
Availability to work in Ciudad de México in a hybrid manner.
