This role

The Credit Line Growth Analyst will support the identification of business growth opportunities through data analysis, monitoring key indicators, and generating actionable insights. They will work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and operations teams to contribute to the implementation of initiatives that improve product performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities Propose automations and improvements to current internal processes

Create, maintain, and improve commercial monitoring dashboards

Analyze and evaluate current commercial efforts to identify areas of opportunity

Propose commercial initiatives and strategies oriented toward achieving business objectives

Monitor KPIs and support the measurement of results

Perform analysis to answer business questions and identify improvement opportunities.

Support the preparation of business cases to request budget for new initiatives

Monitor progress, performance, and fulfillment of commitments, including the performance of commercial efforts

Support the preparation of executive presentations for senior management

Requirements Requirements for the correct performance of the position:

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

SQL

Experience or interest in fintech, mass consumption, or high-volume commercial environments.

Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and good organization to manage multiple projects.

Clear and concise communication. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.

Advanced English.

Experience (including professional practices or internships) in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or related areas is a plus.

Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related degrees (completed).

Availability to work in Ciudad de México in a hybrid manner.
