We are looking for a WFM Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for a large International Group client, as part of a new position creation and the development of the payroll CSP.

Reporting to the Payroll/HRIS Director, your missions are:

• Management of 2 employees specialized in the WFM part;

• Management of the group WFM tool Etime and link with SAP Global View;

• Evolutionary and regulatory maintenance: monitoring developments with the service provider, drafting procedures, driving the payroll team on the optimization and functioning of the tool
• Corrective maintenance and administration of the tool: user assistance, routine configuration, authorizations, monitoring incoming and outgoing interfaces, anomaly resolution, and user training.

You have confirmed experience of more than 7 years in HRIS/WFM professions. You are comfortable with complex time management, including staggered hours, various bonuses, etc... A very operational profile in payroll is appreciated.

You are able to propose and optimize existing processes, and develop the new payroll tool. YOU HAVE A GOOD LEVEL OF SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PARENT COMPANY ABROAD.

LOCATION: Gennevilliers

REMUNERATION: 60/65kEUR to be negotiated depending on profile + variable / profit-sharing - participation

TELEWORKING: 3 days possible
