We are looking for, for one of our clients, A SINGLE PAYROLL MANAGER (M/F) IN CDI.

Here are your missions:

• Manage a payroll portfolio autonomously for 350 employees: collection of variable elements, control, issuance of payslips and social declarations.
• Ensure personnel administration from the entry to the exit of employees (contracts, amendments, absences, final settlements...).
• Drive time and activity management (GTA), monitoring of absences and counters.
• Control the reliability of payroll data and answer questions from employees and managers.
• Produce HR and payroll reporting (dashboards, social report, social indicators...).
• Ensure relations with social organizations and participate in audits (URSSAF, mutuelle, etc.).
• Perform monitoring in social law and guarantee the application of legal obligations.
• Participate in the monitoring of absenteeism, temporary workers, medical visits and various HR projects.

SOFTWARE: ADP / Chronos

STATUS: Cadre on a day-rate basis

REMUNERATION: 50/60k on 13 months depending on your experience

LOCATION: Gondecourt (59), travel one day per week to Harnes (62)

• You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll
• You have already worked within an industrial environment
• You are comfortable communicating in English
