An international company is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to lead the administration, implementation, and optimization of the CRM platform, driving tool adoption and the continuous improvement of commercial and marketing processes in Latin America. The position requires an analytical person, results-oriented, and with experience collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Lead implementation projects and continuous improvement of the CRM.
• Manage marketing automation processes.
• Coordinate HubSpot adoption with local and corporate teams.
• Train users and provide functional support.
• Analyze indicators (KPIs), data quality, and campaign performance.
• Translate business requirements into solutions within the platform.
• Develop and document processes, best practices, and workflows.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration and marketing automation.
• Indispensable experience in HubSpot CRM.
• Knowledge in implementation and administration of CRM platforms.
• Experience managing projects and working with international teams.
• Mastery of performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and user training skills.
• Knowledge of digital tools and interest in Artificial Intelligence.
• Advanced English (INDISPENSABLE). Interviews will be conducted in English and the position maintains daily communication, both oral and written, with international teams.
