Working Location: Based in Great World City (GWC) but required to travel to Shipyard at 5 Jalan Samulun (2-3 times weekly) Working hours in the shipyard: 7.30am to 5.00pm (transportation provided in the morning)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end closing entries for Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review general ledger transactions to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Prepare audit schedules for Singapore and overseas entities.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with the annual audit and preparation of financial statements for Singapore and overseas entities.
- Prepare tax computations for Singapore and overseas entities.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions between entities.
- Support finance-related process improvements and enhancement initiatives.
- Act as a finance business partner to overseas entities by providing financial guidance and support for business operations, while ensuring compliance with established SOPs, internal policies and control frameworks.
- Handle ad-hoc finance assignments, including preparation of management reports and support for regulatory submissions, such as government surveys.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax.
- Experience in audit and tax compliance across multiple entities.
- Experience in supporting regional or cross-border operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in team management or supervising team members.
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage.

Bachelors in Accountancy or Finance
