Technical Office Engineer - Fit Out

Tendering & BOQ Preparation: Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and competitive commercial proposals for interior fit-out projects.

Technical Shop Drawings: Produce, review, and finalize detailed architectural and interior fit-out shop drawings, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, design intent, and material standards.

Clash Detection & BIM Coordination: Perform cross-disciplinary spatial coordination (Architectural, MEP, Structural) using BIM/AutoCAD to identify, resolve, and prevent design clashes prior to site execution.

Site Support & Inspection: Conduct periodic site inspections to verify that fit-out installations align with approved shop drawings, quality benchmarks, and specified project timelines.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.

Professional Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer specifically within high-end interior fit-out or finishing projects.

Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (for clash detection and coordination), and MS Office (Excel for BOQ and tendering calculations).

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior fit-out detailing, material specifications, MEP integration, construction methods, and local building codes.
