People Transformation & Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic workforce insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives and assess their people impact.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, PMO activities, and project reporting.
• Analyze the impact of AI and digitalization on jobs, skills, and organizational design.
• Deliver workforce and organizational analyses using quantitative data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities and facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, organizational change, or management consulting.
• You have expertise in People Transformation, Change Management, and Organizational Design.
• You possess experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and workforce strategy within large corporate environments.
• You're experienced in Project Management including PMO governance, milestones, and reporting.
• You bring strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights.
• You're a proactive professional with proven senior stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Background in a Big Four or similar consulting environment.
• Knowledge of AI impact assessments or HR business transformation.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
