Store Manager - Syntagma

The French multinational company PAUL is looking for a Store Manager to staff its store in Syntagma.

Duties:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store
• Management, guidance, and development of the team
• Monitoring sales and achieving targets
• Organizing the daily operation of all departments
• Training and evaluating staff
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Controlling orders, stocks, and proper management of raw materials
• Adherence to procedures, operating standards, and hygiene & safety rules
• Maintaining an organized and professional working environment

Required Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or tourism professions (will be appreciated as an additional qualification)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of English
• Necessary documentation for working in food-related establishments (clean criminal record and health booklet)
