Store Manager - Kifisia

The French multinational company PAUL is looking for a Store Manager to staff its store in Kifisia. Duties: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store Management, guidance, and development of the team Monitoring sales and achieving targets Organization of the daily operation of all departments Training and evaluation of staff Ensuring a high level of customer service Control of orders, stocks, and proper management of raw materials Adherence to procedures, operating standards, and hygiene & safety rules Maintaining an organized and professional working environment Required Qualifications: Candidate profile: Degree in Business Administration or tourism professions (will be appreciated as an additional qualification) At least 5 years of experience in a similar position Computer skills (Excel, Word) Knowledge of English Necessary documentation for working in food establishments (clean criminal record and health booklet) Interpersonal skills: Ability to manage personnel Communication skills High spirit of cooperation and teamwork Organizational skills Responsibility and consistency Professionalism Ability to perform under pressure Benefits: Net monthly salary 1,400€ (14 salaries) Additional Edenred benefit 100€ / month Coverage of transportation expenses 100€ / month Average tips approximately 250€ / month Retention Bonus: 50% of a net salary at 12 months one net salary at 24 months
