Agricultural Sourcing Coordinator

Your tasks

To be the permanent presence of Patsy in the production areas, representing the Purchasing area before agricultural producers and strengthening commercial relationships to guarantee the timely supply of the company's main strategic input.

You will be responsible for visiting, supervising, and accompanying producers with supply agreements, verifying planting conditions, crop development, harvest projections, fruit classification, and agricultural practices. Likewise, you must anticipate possible supply risks related to climatic factors, water availability, pests, demand from external buyers, or commercial intermediation.

Your management will be oriented towards ensuring compliance with programmed volumes, maintaining the quality standards of the raw material received at the Plant, improving the accuracy of harvest forecasts, and strengthening producer loyalty towards Patsy.
