Interface Manager (M/F)

As an Interface Manager, you are responsible for the control and coordination of all interfaces within a complex data center project. A true cross-functional conductor, you ensure coordination between the different packages, disciplines, and stakeholders to guarantee the consistency of activities, the control of dependencies, and the fluidity of exchanges throughout the project. You work in close collaboration with the MOE Project Director and the Managing Partner to anticipate critical points, secure key project milestones, and guarantee the necessary conditions for the commissioning of the facilities.

Your missions

• Ensure cross-functional control of the technical, scheduling, and organizational interfaces of the project.
• Identify, formalize, assign, and monitor interfaces between the different lots, disciplines, and stakeholders.
• Structure and maintain the interface register to ensure clear visibility of project responsibilities and dependencies.
• Lead interface meetings and reviews with all concerned actors.
• Coordinate decisions regarding the boundaries of responsibilities between packages, disciplines, or functional zones.
• Monitor the resolution of open interfaces and drive associated actions until their closure.
• Ensure visibility of critical interfaces, major dependencies, and blocking points that could impact the project schedule.
• Identify risks related to interfaces and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
• Work in direct link with the MOE Project Director for the escalation of operational issues.
• Support the Managing Partner in preparing the structuring decisions necessary for project progress.
• Contribute to the control of critical dependencies between different project milestones.
• Participate in securing energization sequences, readiness activities, and handover conditions.
• Produce the reporting necessary for interface monitoring and decision-making by project bodies.

Profile sought

• Higher education in engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in interface management, coordination of complex projects, or multidisciplinary project management.
• Experience in demanding technical environments such as data centers, critical infrastructures, energy, industry, or large construction projects.
• Good understanding of design, construction, commissioning, and startup challenges.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional subjects.
• Fluent English is essential in an international environment.
