Your tasks
We are looking for a Draftsperson Project Designer, a direct collaborator of the Project Director and/or the Project Manager, intervening in support of the design and production of architectural projects.
Rigorous and involved, you will participate in the creation of all graphic documents for a project, through all its phases, in close connection with the architect and the project teams.
You will contribute to the quality of deliverables and compliance with regulatory requirements, while working within a collaborative and BIM approach.
- Assist the project manager in architectural design.
- Draw project plans across the different phases.
- Produce the graphic documents constituting a project file at all phases.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (fire safety, PMR accessibility).
- Compile and proofread submission files.
- Ensure the documentary management of the project.
- Participate in the development of the agency's BIM method.
- Apply Patriarche methods and processes in the realization of projects.
Requirements
- Training such as BEP, Bac professionnel, or Bac +2 in architecture, building, or space design.
- Minimum of 3 months of first experience in a similar position.
- Mastery of REVIT and Autocad
- Knowledge of CAD, CAE, and CAM tools and the regulatory context of construction (including fire safety).
- Understanding of the environmental challenges of projects.
- Mastery of English.
