We are now looking for a person to join our team with the title Logistics Supervisor to be responsible for the functionality, development, and growth of our internal logistics. Our logistics operations include our factory logistics serving production as well as our logistics center, which serves both our local production and our international units. As a supervisor, your task is the daily organization of your team's work and creating the necessary conditions for performing the work. You will monitor the financial status of the warehouse and perform monitoring and reporting of logistics KPI metrics. In everyday life, you will develop logistics operations broadly together with your colleagues and the rest of the logistics team. Work is performed in two shifts (morning and evening shifts). What kind of expert are we looking for We are looking for an expert who has strong experience in logistical environments and working as a logistics supervisor. Experience particularly in industrial/production logistics and/or a logistics center is considered an advantage. You are persistent, solution-oriented, and have good stress tolerance. You possess excellent cooperation skills and lead your team decisively. You have good communication skills and are flexible, adaptable to change, and positive towards development. You take action and want to get things done. You perceive the big picture and, through your experience, are able to bring insight and best practices to develop our operations. What we expect from you Strong experience in the daily management of logistics and warehouse operations through supervisory roles
Suitable educational background, e.g., a degree in logistics engineering
Experience in managing and developing large warehouse entities
The desire and ability to develop internal logistics processes and working methods
The desire and ability to work in supervisory roles and evidence of successful daily management of teams
Understanding of industrial order-to-delivery processes
Excellent stress tolerance and readiness to work in a changing and rapidly growing work environment
Good IT skills
Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
