Defence and Weapon Systems is responsible, among other things, for the sale, offering, and delivery of weapon systems, air surveillance related products, and drones.

As our operations grow strongly and new orders increase, we are now looking for 6 Assembly Technicians to work in NEMO and TREMOS weapon systems assembly and testing tasks in Hämeenlinna. The work tasks consist mainly of mechanical assembly work, but the job also includes the installation of electrical cables and centers. An essential part of the assembly technician's job description is also filling out installation protocols. You will become part of a professional and pleasant team where you will receive support for your work. Work is currently done in the day shift, but as our operations grow rapidly, you must be ready for 2-shift work.

What kind of person are we looking for? You might be the right person for the position if you are careful, able to work independently, show initiative, and want to take responsibility for your own work. You have suitable technical education and some experience in assembly tasks. You may be at the very beginning of your career or an experienced veteran of assembly tasks. We offer you comprehensive orientation for the task. From applicants, we expect the ability to use, among other things, PDM and ERP systems and MS Office tools. You are cooperative and interact smoothly with different stakeholders. Some of our available instructions are written in English, so you should have a good understanding of written English.
