Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving customers with a pleasant attitude and friendliness
• Communicating with customers and a willingness to serve special needs
• Executing opening and closing procedures according to standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation according to hygiene rules
• Checking equipment regarding cleanliness and presentation, as well as reporting any issues
• Compliance with all relevant health regulations
• Opening wine / champagne with professionalism
• Carrying and clearing plates / glasses with professionalism
• Implementation of all safety rules

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a 2nd foreign language will be appreciated)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
• Responsibility and consistency
• Honesty, reliability, and discretion
• Team spirit, attentiveness, and methodical approach for effective situation management and immediate problem-solving
• Sales-minded and ability to present options and alternatives to the hotel guests.
