Patmos Aktis, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa The recently renovated Patmos Aktis Resort & Spa, a member of The Luxury Collection by Marriott International, is located in the serene Groikos bay on the island of Patmos. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, personalized, and luxurious experiences to our discerning guests, while simultaneously cultivating a working environment that ensures safety, respect, and professional growth for every member of our team. For the 2027 tourist season, we are looking for:

Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and performing necessary check in and check out tasks
• Providing information and responding immediately to guest requests to ensure better service.
• Managing the switchboard and providing timely updates to the relevant departments.
• Handling guest complaints and escalating them to the responsible person, if necessary
• Informing guests about hotel services
• Organizing guest leisure activities
• Proper time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Maintaining the shift cash register, closing the day, and opening a new cash status

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in tourism professions
• Previous experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
• Excellent knowledge of the English language / knowledge of a second language is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of computers and hotel software (Opera or Fidelio)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to the hotel's operational standards
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
• Responsibility and consistency
• Sales-Minded and ability to present options and alternatives to the hotel's guests
