Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and present menus. Take food and drink orders accurately. Serve meals and beverages promptly. Attend to customers’ needs and ensure their satisfaction. Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized. Handle customer complaints politely. Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer service skills. Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Previous experience is an advantage, but not required.
