Junior Order Handling

Specialist Main Responsibilities Order entry into the computer system (ERP). Loading updates for receipts. Monitoring the progress of orders until their receipt in the warehouse. Communication with suppliers. Communication with the sales department and the warehouse regarding availability. Support for the sales team in daily administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications: University/Technical/Vocational degree (preferably in Economics or Management). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Softone, Atlantis, SAP) will be considered an additional asset. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel). Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Team spirit and eagerness to learn. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
