If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), we want to hear from you!
Your tasks
- Support individuals in daily activities and community engagement
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Build positive, respectful relationships
- Assist with behavior support strategies when needed
- Help maintain a safe, engaging day program environment
- Transport members to and from activities using company vehicles as needed
Requirements
Compassionate and patient individuals Strong communication and observation skills Reliable and flexible availability Age 18+ Valid Arizona Driver's License Clean driving record and background check
