Business Operations Intern (E-Commerce)

What will you do:

• Support daily operations of Tokopedia, GrabMart, and other e-commerce channels
• Monitor sales performance and campaign execution
• Assist in creating and managing promotional campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Coordinate with stores regarding stock availability and marketplace operations
• Support business projects and operational improvements

What You Need to Have:

• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work with data and generate insights from reports
