About Pasqal Pasqal designs and develops quantum processors (QPUs: Quantum Processing Units) and associated software tools. Job Description As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a Finance IS Project Manager M/F to strengthen our Finance team. As a true right hand to the Head of Finance Transformation, you are the conductor of the Finance IS and the key interface between business teams and technical teams. You ensure the smooth daily operation of the Finance IS, manage application evolutions, and contribute to the structuring of a robust and scalable environment.
You will intervene across the entire lifecycle of Finance IS projects: scoping needs, functional design, stakeholder coordination (Finance, IT, Sales, Ops, HR, Purchasing…), managing integrators/vendors, testing, deployment, documentation, and change management.
The objective: to build and evolve a reliable, automated, and scalable Finance IS within a fast-growing international context.
Your main missions
1) Be the Finance IS point of contact
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Finance IS and support users.
Structure and manage the handling of incidents, requests, and improvements.
Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of financial data.
2) Lead transformation projects
Gather and challenge business needs.
Formalize requirements and functional specifications.
Coordinate Finance IS evolution projects from end to end (scoping, planning, monitoring developments, testing, production deployment, change management).
Manage external partners (integrators, consultants, vendors).
3) Contribute to process evolution
Develop and secure interfaces between different Finance IS tools (ERP, CRM, billing, purchasing, payroll, BI/EPM…).
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and usage.
Identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
Reduce manual processing and improve the reliability of flows.
4) Support change management
Organize and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation phases.
Support teams in adopting new tools and processes.
Produce clear and lasting documentation (IT mapping, flowchart, operating procedures).
About you 5–10 years of experience in Finance IS project management (Finance PMO, Finance AMOA, or ERP projects).
Experience gained in a consulting firm, integrator, or international environment is appreciated.
Significant experience with an ERP (ideally NetSuite).
Ability to navigate between functional (processes, controls) and technical (interfaces, flows, data, API/ETL – without being a developer).
Very high level of organization, delivery orientation, team spirit, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel.
Operational English required.
Appreciated bonuses
IPO / SOX / audit readiness context or internal control requirements.
Experience with related tools: BI (Power BI, Looker…), EPM, consolidation, iPaaS/ETL.
Experience in a multicultural / multi-entity environment.
